I'm trying to find out how sexy I can really get.. so my roomie and I created our very own boot camp! It is rigorous!!! Tts barely day 2 and I'm sooooo damn sore!
Here's what we have done so far:
Day 1:
Tennis for 45 mins.
Fast walking 45 mins.
Yoga- 30 mins
Crunches- 3 sets of 25
ass workout- 10 minutes
leg lifts- 1 minute
To top that off, I had to do 10 push ups because I was being an ass!
Day 2:
Fast walking- 30 mins
Crunches- 3 sets of 25
Streches-10 minutes
We've started and stopped working out so many times so we figured we need more push!
I'm super excited! I don't see results yet, just a bunch of pain!
