Ok I slipped a little bit on working out and blogging...
I still did my regular cardio and muscle toning for the past week but it wasn't as rigorous and I missed a couple of days. What's ironic is that week, I started to see some results! woot woot!
Now I am back on track..
I've been doing the hills about 5 rounds..
yoga, and all sorts of muscle toning.. Damn squats hurt like HELL!
Today I walked for 45 minutes, played tennis for 45 minutes then played basketball for another half hour.. I did 2 hours of non stop cardio.. Needless to say, I'm super duper tired! lol
