I've got lots of energy right now since I just got finished working out.
This week has been challenging.. I'm barely half way there and I'm extremely unmotivated.
It seems like I've done wayyyy more than 8 days of working out but I guess not..
Day 7- The hills 45 minutes
yoga- 15 minutes
upper body and sit ups about 10 minutes
Day 8 the hills 39 minutes
sit ups and push ups
This evening was very tiring because instead of fast walking these damn hills, I jogged a small ways. My chest is tight and I was even wheezing. I didn't think I'd make it through the second lap yet alone the third.
I can tell that my body is starting to respond to the workout. My body is asking for it and is getting used to it. This means I need to step it up a notch and working harder.
I'm also thinking of including a light daily walk of about 2 miles.. We'll see how my body responds to that.
